SHIPPING:

Due to the nature of original artwork, should you purchase an oversized item I will contact you via email to best decide how to ship your piece as carefully as possible.

All sales are final.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

All sales of original artwork, reproductions, and non-original products are final. Returns or exchanges are not available except in the most extreme situations.

Please note: We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (Canada Post or UPS). Please contact tanya@tanyapavan.com within 24 hours of receipt of damaged work with your invoice # along with details of the damaged piece(s) and pictures.
